Our clients are free to use their own service providers, or can elect to have all aspects of their investment coordinated by VANGARD GROUP using our professional associates.

Building and construction services

All builders recommended by VANGARD GROUP must be registered with Building Practitioners Board, a division of the Building Commission which is an independent statutory body that oversees the quality and standard of professional services in the Victorian building industry, and monitors the conduct and ability of registered building practitioners. master-builders MBA is a major Australian building and construction industry association with over 31,000 member companies throughout Australia. The MBA’s National Code of Practice deals with business ethics, best practice and accountability and provides avenues of redress, at reasonable cost, should disputes occur. The Master Builders movement is committed to ensuring that its clients - Australian business and consumers - can enter into contracts in good faith and with an expectation of fair play and honesty. hia The HIA is a major industry association for builders and provides standardised contracts which are accepted by all Australian lending institutions. Finance services

mfaa All VANGARD GROUP finance consultants are fully accredited members of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). To become a member, consultants must be experienced and qualified in mortgage services, and have at least $1 million Professional Indemnity insurance cover to protect you in case of any loss. In addition, they are required to continually update their skills and knowledge each year, and are required to comply with MFAA’s comprehensive ethical and professional standards. credit-ombudsman All our finance consultants offer you access to the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited, an alternative dispute resolution scheme (approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission – ASIC).  This service is offered to you free of charge should a dispute arise that we are unable to remedy.
