I acknowledge that any personal information collected by Vangard Group - and this includes any supporting documentation I have provided to Vangard Group - for the purposes of applications for finance and/ or the consideration of the purchase of an investment property:
- is being collected to enable Vangard Group to assess this application or applications;
- Vangard Group may not be able to process this application if this personal information is not provided;
- this personal information may be used by the Vangard Group Board, Directors, staff and consultants engaged by Vangard Group to administer the Organisation;
- all statements made by me in relation to this application can be investigated by Vangard Group or persons authorised by Vangard Group;
- Vangard Group may disclose my personal information to other businesses in accordance with the Privacy Act. These other businesses may include, but are not limited to:
- the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC),
- the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) or other External Dispute Resolution (EDR) scheme approved by ASIC,
- Lending Institutions
- lawyers,
- accountants,
- printers,
- mailing houses and,
- others who may assist Vangard Group from time to time and /or as required by law.
